The Due Diligence area is responsible for performing legal and financial analysis, in order to facilitate the execution of corporate decisions (purchase of corporations, funding request, contingencies identification for outgoing or incoming administrations, contingencies identification to prepare the company for a sale, among others), by doing legal audits in accordance with the client’s specific needs.
