This product consists on the concrete analysis of the issues affecting our clients (of public or private nature) with the purpose of defining and filling the appropriate actions aimed to protect their interests and to achieve a liability statement of those who caused them damages, as a consequence of any contractual or extra-contractual relationship; and the implementation of the required procedures to obtain the fulfillment of owed economic and non-economic obligations; or the defense of their interests within administrative or jurisdictional actions against them.

We are able to represent our clients on civil and commercial matters, before the ordinary justice, in jurisdictional proceedings before administrative entities or Arbitration Courts; in procedures held by the Public Administration in Administrative Litigation, Constitutional Actions; and Criminal Litigation, regarding exclusively to financial crimes.

The price of our service will be defined in each case, in consideration of its substantial and procedural complexity, and will generally consists of two components, a fixed lump-sum and a success fee.
