• Provide legal counseling through the acquittal of consultations, with the aim of providing security in the adoption of business determinations.

• Control regulatory provisions in order to ensure the compliance of all legal obligations.

• When deemed relevant, state the legal implications of communications received from individuals or public entities

• Review and/or draft all required documents, in order to ensure their legal rigor.

• Evaluate the contracts and amendments that want to be executed, suggesting the corresponding adjustments and variations.

• Answer to the communications that must be sent to third parties, when the client considers that its legal scope requires it.

• File claims or petitions before the required authorities.

• Accompany the undertaken negotiations.

• Attend as legal advisor to Shareholders, Partnerships and Board of Directors meetings.

• Prepare and draft the corresponding minutes.

• Bring forward the procedures needed for business purposes before public entities.

• Answer any claims or petitions filed by the Authorities.

• In general, accompany all national or international processes undertaken by the client, except for special administrative procedures and those of a judicial nature.
